This piece explores concepts of culture, heritage and national identity. The marriage between culture and design has and will always result in unique objects that represent a cultural context.
This table is my attempt to materialise my Moroccan heritage. It is my take on the Moroccan tea ceremony, which implies hospitality, generosity and spontaneity. The central container serves as a pot plant for mint, the main ingredient used to make Moroccan tea.
